deletion.

Request deletion of your Asikru Learning account and associated personal data, even if you no longer have the app.

After verifying ownership, our team will remove your profile, sign-in access, learning progress and any stored face template and proctoring samples, unless a specific legal or dispute-related retention requirement applies.

Payment records or records required for a legal obligation may need to be retained. We will explain any retained information, the reason and applicable retention period when handling your request. Account deletion ends your access to enrolled courses.

This request is reviewed by our team; it does not delete an account automatically. Never include a password or verification code.
