Clear expectations. Better learning.
Terms & learning rules
Updated 23 October 2026. Read these rules together with the syllabus, price, access period and conditions shown for your course before enrollment. For support or a grievance, use our contact form.
Our service
Asikru Learning provides structured online courses. Asikru operates as a sole proprietorship; these are platform rules, rather than the constitutional bylaws of an incorporated company. Each course offer identifies what is included. No degree, government accreditation, job placement, salary or employment outcome is promised.
Accounts and eligibility
The service is for learners aged 18 or over. Supply accurate name, email, phone, institution and student roll number information. A roll number alone is not proof of identity. Keep passwords and verification codes private. Do not share, resell or transfer your account or impersonate another learner.
Purchases and payment receipts
Check the course syllabus, prerequisites, final price, start date, access period, certificate requirements and cancellation conditions before paying. One learner may purchase a course once. Only a payment verified by our server activates paid access. Your payment acknowledgment is available as a PDF in My account. Asikru is currently not registered for GST and does not collect GST. Any future tax treatment must be disclosed before checkout.
Your learning sequence
Each course contains 72 forty-minute Monday-to-Saturday lessons and 12 one-hour Sunday recaps over 12 weeks. Dates use Indian Standard Time. Complete the current session before the next eligible day's session opens. At most one new session unlocks per day. Completed sessions remain reviewable during your course access period. Catch-up does not bypass this sequence and may extend your completion date.
Assessments and certificates
Weeks 1–3 have 15 teaching-day MCQs without negative marking. Weeks 4–12 have 30 MCQs: +1 for a correct answer, −⅓ for an incorrect answer and zero for an unanswered question. Sunday has no test. The final examination takes place during week 12 or an approved later completion window, on a day other than Sunday. Final MCQs and reviewed coding each contribute 50%; the course offer states the passing score and retry conditions. A certificate requires all 84 sessions, a passing final result and cleared examination review. It is an Asikru course completion certificate.
One learner and one registered installation
An account is bound to one browser profile or app installation with one active login. A private window, cleared storage, another browser, changed phone or reinstalled app may require a verified support reset. An approved reset invalidates the old access. Contact support if legitimate access fails.
Learning conduct and content protection
- Complete your own assessments. Do not obtain prohibited assistance or tamper with progress, scores or access checks.
- Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell or share protected course material without permission. Video downloads are not offered.
- Use coding facilities only for the assigned learning work. Do not upload malware, attack services or attempt to escape execution limits.
- Respect other learners and staff. Harassment, threats and discriminatory abuse are prohibited.
- You retain ownership of your original submissions. Asikru processes them to teach, assess, support and protect the service.
Identity checks and fair examination review
Where a face check or examination monitoring is required, its notice must identify the provider, camera and microphone use, data handling and consent before it starts. Automated observations are indicators for human review, not proof of misconduct. Connectivity problems, disability-related movements and incidental sounds must not alone establish cheating. Ask support for accessibility adjustments or a verification recovery review.
Restrictions, complaints and legal rights
Access may be restricted while a credible security issue is investigated. A learner may request the reason and a human review through the contact form. Score changes, permanent cancellation and certificate revocation require documented review and a chance to respond. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. Material policy changes are communicated before they affect a purchase. Indian law applies subject to mandatory consumer rights and competent authorities; nothing here removes statutory remedies.
