A little clarity

Before you begin.

How do I get a student account?

When enrollment opens, create one account using your name, institution, roll number, email and phone number. Verify your phone with an OTP, then complete the separate face and liveness check. Each course is purchased once and appears in My courses.

What does a 12-week course include?

Every week has six forty-minute teaching lessons, Monday to Saturday, and a one-hour Sunday recap. That is 72 teaching lessons and 12 recaps: 60 hours of planned video learning. The final examination takes place during week 12 after the 72 teaching lessons are complete.

How are classes released?

Your course begins on a Monday. Complete the current session and its required daily quiz before the next session can open. Both the scheduled date and the next calendar day must arrive. Completed classes remain available to revisit.

What if I miss a few days?

Resume from your next incomplete session. Only one new session can open per day, so missing days can extend your completion date beyond 12 calendar weeks. You can review earlier completed classes at any time. Catch-up quizzes also pause on Sundays.

How are the daily quizzes scored?

Weeks 1–3 have 15 questions with no negative marking. Weeks 4–12 have 30 questions: +1 for a correct answer, −⅓ for an incorrect answer and 0 for an unanswered question. Sundays have a recap and no quiz. Each assessment shows its passing requirement before you begin.

Can I sign in on another device or browser?

Your account is linked to one browser or app installation. Another device, another browser or an incognito session cannot sign in using only your password. Contact support for a verified device reset if you need to move. Your saved course progress stays with your account.

How does the final examination work?

The final includes MCQs and coding tasks in the classroom, with identity verification and audio/video proctoring. Coding and proctoring evidence are reviewed before a result is issued. Final exams cannot start on Sunday.

When do I receive my certificate?

Complete all 72 lessons and 12 recaps, pass the final and receive a cleared proctor review. Your Asikru course-completion certificate includes a verification link. It does not represent a degree or government accreditation.

How is my progress recorded?

The classroom saves playback progress and quiz results. Watching the class and passing the required assessment completes a teaching session. A recap has no test. Playback pauses when you leave the lesson screen.

Where can I get help with my account?
